2. For School or private groups we can organize a no obligations school/personal visit to meet and clarify any questions you may have
3. Further information and relevant forms are then emailed to you together with a total cost of your activities/tour
4. For schools and youth groups a teacher pack, and student kit lists are then emailed
5. You will be required to inform us any medical conditions, dietary requirements or special needs of the group
6. The Centre Manager will contact you before your arrival to ensure you are happy with everything and to discuss any questions you still may have. Any special requests at this stage will be catered for so far as reasonably possible
